Matt came to us to help him create a personal brand that could separate him from other real estate agents in the area and showcase his efforts as top in the industry. Therefore the branding and visual elements for Matt Kester needed to be top of the line
Along with our strategy for Matt Kester Real Estate, we shared several mood boards and logo concepts. After careful consideration, we ultimately went with the MK Harpoon insignia. This logo perfectly symbolizes Matt’s exceptional talent for finding the best home sale deals – just like a harpooner would hunt down a white whale. The visual representation of this concept truly resonated with Matt, making it the ideal mark moving forward.
With an approval of the brand identity we voyaged forward with a brand guide, real estate sign ideas, and collateral mockups.
With the collateral elements alive, we began to move onto Matt’s white whale – his website. We began with a flowchart, followed by wireframes, and then into design and development.
Matt wanted to make a a significant presence online, lead by his wealth of knowledge of real estate in the Central Florida area, so we supported his expertise with a website that not only displays current home sales and featured listings in a user-friendly way, but includes city guides for the areas he serves. This allow his potential customers to get to know the towns they are house hunting in – featuring parks, shops, restaurants, and more.
